Participated in the interviewing and training of new Prescripitves analysts/makeup artists. Prescriptives certified to teach analysts how to colorprint skin undertones as well as custom blend foundations and powders. Skin care certified with Nordstroms. Using that knowledge, trained Prescriptives analysts and makeup artists on correct skin care knowledge and applications. Liaison between the prescriptive counters, Nordstrom managers, and Prescriptive executives.
